Shoes associated with foot problems; Dr Marc Blatstein

According to an article, if you are feeling pain in your feet it might be because the shoes Screen shot 2013-08-29 at 4.40.45 PMyou are wearing aren’t the best for your foot type.

What a lot of people don’t realize is that they could be the main reason why they are experiencing foot problems. Now a days people are choosing foot wear that looks cool and hip, but does anyone even consider how the shoes actually make you feel? Dr Marc Blatstein feels that even if those high heels look attractive and make you feel good, they are only going to impact you, your feet and your posture years later.

Sometimes shoe insoles are enough for some people. Depending on the arch of your foot, comments Marc Blatstein, sometimes people should simply use an extra insert to help out with support issues. Everybody has different feet and shoe manufacturers can only do so much to make a comfortable fitting shoe for everyone. Sometimes shoes need to be modified in order to feel the best inside them.

The best thing you can do is address the problem early on and not continue to put up with the pain your shoes cause you. You even might want to just consider wearing flats than high heels. I don’t understand why people would choose to put so much stress on their feet. You always hear about someone complaining about their high heels at a party or an event. Why not wear a different shoe so you can appreciate whatever you are doing. If you know you’re going to be walking great distances, you might want to consider the type of shoe you wear.

People care so much about how they look that they may forget how they truly feel about what they are wearing. Trading appeal for comfort might not be a bad thing.
